Ambassador Program Policy & Participation Terms

Applies To: All invited, approved, and active Ambassadors of Getitmax

 

 

 

1. Purpose of This Policy

 

 

This policy governs participation in the Getitmax Ambassador Program (“Program”).

By applying, enrolling, or continuing participation, each Ambassador (“Participant”) agrees to fully comply with these terms and acknowledges that all activities are voluntary and non-employment based.

This document protects Getitmax, its owners, teams, affiliates, and partners from all forms of liability arising from Ambassador participation, representation, content, or actions.

 

 

 

2. Nature of the Program

 

 

  1. The Program is an invitation-only, non-employment, discretionary recognition program.

  2. Participation does not establish:

     

    • Employment

    • Partnership

    • Legal representation

    • Agency

    • Joint venture

    • Contractor relationship

     

  3. Ambassadors act in personal, independent capacity and cannot represent themselves as employees or official spokespersons of Getitmax.

 

 

 

 

3. Eligibility & Acceptance

 

 

  1. Acceptance into the Program is not guaranteed.

  2. Invitations may be:

     

    • Paid

    • Sponsored

    • Partially sponsored

    • Withdrawn

     

  3. Getitmax may revoke, decline, suspend, or terminate participation at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

     

    • Policy violations

    • Reputational concerns

    • Inactivity

    • Misconduct

    • Misrepresentation

     

 

 

No Ambassador has the right to claim “permanent” or “guaranteed” membership.

 

 

 

4. No Guarantees or Entitlements

 

 

Ambassadors understand and accept that:

 

  • Opportunities such as features, PR, interviews, events, speaking invitations, partnerships, or benefits are completely discretionary.

  • Getitmax makes no promises of publication, media visibility, commercial opportunities, invitations, or guaranteed promotion.

  • All editorial, publishing, and visibility decisions are made solely by the Getitmax editorial and leadership team.

 

 

Nothing in the Program guarantees:

 

  • Revenue

  • Commissions

  • Social media growth

  • Reputation enhancement

  • Leads or business results

  • Recognition or awards

  • Verified listings

 

 

 

 

5. Representation Guidelines

 

 

Ambassadors must:

 

  1. Maintain honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct.

  2. Avoid making claims on behalf of Getitmax without written permission.

  3. Not present themselves as:

     

    • Employees

    • Managers

    • Company representatives

    • Business partners

    • Spokespersons

     

 

 

Ambassadors may state they are part of the “Getitmax Ambassador Program” but must not claim:

 

  • Endorsement

  • Certification

  • Employment

  • Guaranteed benefits

 

 

 

 

6. Conduct Standards

 

 

Ambassadors must not engage in:

 

  • Harassment, discrimination, or harmful conduct

  • Cybersecurity violations or data misuse

  • Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation

  • Sharing confidential internal information

  • Using the Ambassador title for misleading sales or influence

  • Any activity damaging to Getitmax’s reputation

 

 

Violation may result in immediate removal.

 

 

 

7. Content & Intellectual Property (IP)

 

 

 

Content You Submit

 

 

Any content (photos, text, interviews, statements, bio data) submitted to Getitmax:

 

  • May be edited for clarity, accuracy, or style.

  • May be published, stored, or removed at the discretion of the editorial team.

  • Must be owned by the Ambassador or have proper usage rights.

  • Must not violate copyright, trademarks, or third-party rights.

 

 

Ambassadors assume full responsibility for all content they provide.

 

 

Ownership

 

 

  • Ambassadors retain ownership of their submitted content.

  • Getitmax receives a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and distribute that content across digital and print channels.

 

 

 

 

8. Use of Branding, Seal & Identity Material

 

 

Ambassadors may receive digital assets such as:

 

  • Getitmax Digital Gold Seal

  • Getitmax Logos

  • Badges

  • Ambassador icons

  • Profile banners

 

 

These assets must be used as-is and may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial gain without permission.

 

Getitmax may revoke usage rights at any time.

 

 

 

9. Privacy & Data

 

 

Getitmax:

 

  • Does not share Ambassador personal data with third parties without consent.

  • Stores data securely as per privacy policy.

  • Is not liable for damage or loss due to user error, third-party breaches, or Ambassador sharing credentials.

 

 

Ambassadors must safeguard their login credentials and personal information.

 

 

 

10. Fees, Sponsorships & Payments

 

 

 

10.1 Program Fee

 

 

Some Ambassadors may be required to pay:

 

  • Enrollment fee

  • Administration fee

  • Annual renewal (as applicable)

 

 

Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

 

 

10.2 Sponsored Invitations

 

 

Sponsored or waived fees:

 

  • Are discretionary

  • Do not carry entitlement

  • May be revoked if the Ambassador violates policy

 

 

 

10.3 Commissions / Rewards (If Applicable)

 

 

If referral bonuses or rewards are provided:

 

  • They are not guaranteed

  • They may change or discontinue any time

  • They depend on compliance with referral guidelines

  • Payouts may require tax documentation or verification

 

 

 

 

11. Liability & Indemnification

 

 

Ambassadors fully agree that Getitmax:

 

  • Is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from Ambassador activities.

  • Does not guarantee security, business results, visibility, or opportunities.

  • Bears no liability for:

     

    • Losses

    • Damages

    • Claims

    • Reputation impact

    • Legal disputes

    • Cyber incidents

    • Misuse of Ambassador identity

     

 

 

Ambassadors shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Getitmax, its owners, executives, employees, affiliates, and partners from all claims arising from their actions, statements, or participation.

 

 

 

12. Removal, Suspension & Termination

 

 

Getitmax may suspend or terminate an Ambassador:

 

  • Without prior notice

  • Without explanation

  • Without refund

  • At its sole discretion

 

 

Upon termination, the Ambassador must immediately discontinue:

 

  • Using the Ambassador title

  • Displaying badges, seals, or branding

  • Accessing exclusive tools or platforms

 

 

 

 

13. Program Changes

 

 

Getitmax may modify:

 

  • Benefits

  • Tools

  • Requirements

  • Fees

  • Criteria

  • Branding

  • Terms & Conditions

 

 

at any time, with or without notice.

 

Participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

 

Complimentary Website Creation & Hosting Disclaimer

 

As part of the Ambassador Program, website creation is offered purely as a complimentary value-added service aligned with the respective plan selected by the Ambassador. This service includes design, setup, and delivery of a ready-to-use website experience; however, Getitmax does not provide hosting, server infrastructure, or long-term website maintenance as part of this complimentary offering. All hosting, domain purchases, renewals, and ongoing technical management remain the sole responsibility of the Ambassador.

 

At the Ambassador’s request, our team may facilitate the migration of the completed website to the Ambassador’s chosen domain or hosting provider. Such migration, configuration, and technical assistance are optional services and may be provided for an additional fee, depending on complexity and resources required. All final responsibility for hosting, uptime, backups, and website security rests exclusively with the Ambassador once migration is complete.

 

14. Governing Law

 

 

The Program is governed by the laws of India / Rajasthan.

Any disputes must be handled exclusively under {{Your Jurisdiction}}.

 

 

 

15. Agreement

 

 

By applying, joining, or continuing participation, the Ambassador confirms:

 

  • They have read and understood the policy.

  • They voluntarily accept all terms.

  • They waive all claims against Getitmax.

  • They agree that participation is discretionary and not guaranteed.
