Cancellation & Refund Policy
We at Getitmax a technology brand owned and operated by Recordedkarma Technology Private Limited (“Getitmax ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) along with our parent company Recordedkarma Technology Private Limited its brands and sub-brands including but not limited to Getitmax , Omagnus AI , Priorityread and other current or future brands/companies we may operate and any other affiliated entities, each offering their respective products and services (collectively referred to as “Products and Services” or individually as “Product or Service”). This policy governs cancellation and refunds across Getitmax platforms, products, and services. When a brand maintains additional or modified policies, those brand-specific terms supplement or supersede these general provisions as explicitly stated. Where no brand-specific modifications exist, this policy governs in its entirety. Brand-specific modifications, when present, will be clearly identified and incorporated by reference on the respective brand platforms. Users must review both this general policy and any applicable brand-specific modifications to understand the complete terms governing their relationship with each brand.

At Getitmax, we value transparency and fairness in every transaction. Our platform and services combine automated SaaS capabilities with manual, human-assisted processes such as website setup, custom ai setup, customization, deployment, and digital asset creation. Because of this hybrid nature, distinct terms apply to each component to ensure fairness for both the customer and our team.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your active subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Support Team.
Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to premium features will be automatically disabled.
No prorated or partial refunds are provided for the remaining unused portion of an active billing cycle.
Renewal cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal charges.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following verified circumstances:
A written refund request is received within 14 days of purchase, and no manual or human-assisted work (design, setup, deployment, or asset creation) has been initiated or completed.
A verified technical issue prevents platform access, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 10 business days of acknowledgment.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued only to the original payment method and may take up to 45 business days to process.
3. Non-Refundable and Partially Used Services
Due to the involvement of human labor and custom deliverables, any purchased plan is strictly non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or initiated including:
Website creation, customization, or design work
Domain setup, hosting configuration, deployment, or migration services
Digital asset creation (content, graphics, integrations, or templates)
Technical add-ons or manual support tasks completed by our team
Any service involving third-party platforms or paid licenses purchased on your behalf
Once a service begins or assets are created (in whole or in part), the purchased plan becomes non-refundable completely.
4. Fraud Prevention, Chargebacks & Abuse
To maintain fairness, our refund policy does not apply to bulk, high-volume, or reseller orders, or to transactions made for redistribution or fraudulent intent.
All refund and cancellation requests are subject to verification of user activity, account history, and delivery status.
Getitmax reserves the right to deny or revoke refunds for users engaging in abuse, excessive refund claims, or chargebacks and report to authorities.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after initiating usage of our platform, requesting a service and receiving deliverables constitutes a breach of our terms and may result in account suspension and legal recovery of service costs and associated fees.
5. Force Majeure & Third-Party Dependencies
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or non-performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party service outages, domain registrar issues, payment gateway failures, or force-majeure events. Such incidents do not constitute grounds for refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our Customer support Team at Global Help Center with your order ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. Our team will review each case on an individual basis and respond within 7-10 business days. Refund decisions are final once communicated in writing.
7. Digital Delivery – No Shipping Required
This platform is a digital-SAAS Platform. No physical products are shipped.
Upon successful plan purchase, users receive immediate access to the platform via their account or email.
All services are delivered electronically through our website and/or email notifications.
8. Policy Updates
We reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.
